All household pricing is inclusive of UK VAT (20%). Business and Practice tiers receive VAT invoices on request.

Every new household subscriber gets the first month free. No card is taken at signup. You confirm payment details at the end of the trial; if you don't, the account pauses and your data is retained for 30 days while you decide.

There is no exit fee, no clawback, no retention dance. We will not call to "win you back".
If sonuswealth isn't for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge and we'll return the full amount. No questions, no forms beyond an email to billing@sonuswealth.com. Refunds land back on the same card, typically within 5 working days. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
If you cancel an annual plan after the 30-day window, we issue a pro-rata refund for the unused complete months. Example: cancel 4 months into a £79 annual plan → refund of 8/12 × £79 = £52.67. Calculated to the day for cleanliness; rounded in your favour where it falls between days.
Within 30 days: full refund. After 30 days: the current month is not refunded after a cancellation (cancel before your next billing date to stop the next charge).
If your work email no longer verifies (career change, retirement), your discount converts to standard pricing at next renewal — never mid-cycle. We email 30 days before the change so you can update or cancel.
Your signup price is locked for 12 months from your account start date. If we raise standard pricing, you stay at your existing rate until that 12-month anniversary, then a new 12-month lock starts at the prevailing price. We email 30 days before any change. If the new price doesn't work for you, cancel with a pro-rata refund.
If you don't recognise a charge, email billing@sonuswealth.com before raising a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster. Genuine disputes are refunded immediately. Repeated chargebacks for successfully-delivered service may lead to account closure (rare; mentioned only because terms typically do).
If a payment fails, we retry over 5 days and email you. After that the account pauses (you keep access to view your data and export it for a further 30 days, but the live engine stops re-modelling). Resume by updating your card from in-app billing; the account picks up where it left off.
This is unlikely, but we plan for it:
We don't hold money or assets on your behalf — only the picture of them — so there is nothing to "recover" beyond the data, which you keep.
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or any other UK consumer protection law. If anything we've written here ever conflicts with those rights, those rights win.
